DKIM-NOT-DISCOVERED
No DKIM key found under common selectors
What it means
DKIM signs messages so receivers can prove they were not altered and came from an authorised sender. Selectors are chosen by the sender, so we may simply not have tried yours.
How to fix it
- 1Open a sent message, view its headers and note the s= and d= values in DKIM-Signature.
- 2If no signature exists, enable DKIM signing at your mail provider and publish the key they give you.
Re-check after the change
DNS changes can take up to the record's TTL to be seen; use Re-run on the result page to bypass our 10-minute cache.
