DMARC-RUA-UNAUTHORISED

External report address has not authorised your domain

What it means

When rua points at another domain, that domain must publish yourdomain._report._dmarc.<their domain> TXT "v=DMARC1", otherwise receivers will not send reports there.

How to fix it

  1. 1Ask the report service for the authorisation record and confirm it exists.

DNS changes can take up to the record's TTL to be seen; use Re-run on the result page to bypass our 10-minute cache.
