EMAIL-NO-MX
No MX record for the domain
What it means
Senders fall back to the domain's A record on port 25. That works only if the web host also runs a mail server, which most do not, and some senders treat missing MX as suspicious.
How to fix it
- 1Publish MX records pointing at your mail provider's hosts.
- 2If mail is hosted with the website, still add an MX for the host so delivery is explicit.
Re-check after the change
DNS changes can take up to the record's TTL to be seen; use Re-run on the result page to bypass our 10-minute cache.
