What it means
Senders fall back to the A record; if it is a web server that does not accept mail, messages bounce.
How to fix it
- 1Publish MX records for your mail provider, or a null MX if the domain does not receive mail.
Re-check after the change
DNS changes can take up to the record's TTL to be seen; use Re-run on the result page to bypass our 10-minute cache.
