What it means
Some lost echo replies from a single vantage point usually mean rate-limited ICMP on the host or a congested link; consistent loss points at a network problem.
How to fix it
- 1Re-run; if loss persists, check the host's firewall ICMP rate limits and the path with traceroute.
Re-check after the change
DNS changes can take up to the record's TTL to be seen; use Re-run on the result page to bypass our 10-minute cache.
